PAYMENTS

  • To avoid order cancellation, you MUST send payments within 1 hour of placing your order. If you have any issue sending payments or receive notifications that your bank has placed a hold on your payment, please reach out to our Support Team at Support@CarolinaPeptides.com.

  • Due to payment processing regulations, ONLY included your OREDER NUMBER when submitting payment.

  • CREDIT/DEBIT CARDS:
  • Select this option at checkout to pay through Credit/Debit Card. Once you have paid for your order and your payment has been confirmed, your order will move to processing within 48-72 hours and ship per our policy. Please check your spam folder for confirmation emails.

  • ZELLE:
  • Select this option at checkout to pay through Zelle. You will be prompted to send payment once you have completed checking out on the website. Check your spam folder for your order confirmation. Instructions will be included in your order confirmation email. You will have 1 hour from the time you place your order to pay. If orders are left unpaid, they will automatically be cancelled.

SHIPPING

In-Stock Orders are processed within 1-3 business days of confirmed payment. In some cases, we process orders as fast as same day or next business day, but this is not a guarantee and excludes bulk pre-orders or out of stock items.

Please note that our Express Shipping option uses USPS Priority Mail. While this is not overnight delivery, it does ensure faster processing and fulfillment. Orders placed with Express Shipping are prioritized and typically ship out the same day or next business day, ensuring your order is on the way as quickly as possible. There are no refunds or credits. Express shipping ONLY guarantees your shipment to ship same day or next day. *This does not include holidays or weekends*

Once shipped, USPS Priority Mail generally delivers within 2–3 business days, depending on your location.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. Please note items that have a “Ship By” date will be shipped as soon as our next order is received, inspected and put into inventory. This process usually takes 10-15 business days but could be longer.

Orders are shipped to the address provided in the order details. Carolina Peptides is not responsible for any errors with delivery if the address given is not valid. Any orders “returned to sender” due to an invalid address will NOT receive a replacement or refund! We are not responsible for lost or missing packages due to incorrect address provided. Recovery of these packages will be the responsibility of the customer. Contact USPS for lost or missing packages.

We currently only ship within the US.

  • – We ship domestically by USPS Priority Mail.
  • – Transit time is typically 2-3 business days.
  • – We charge a flat rate of $12.95 USD for standard shipping.
  • – Express shipping is available for a flat rate of $30.95 USD (shipped same day or next day USPS Priority). 
  • – Bulk/wholesale orders shipping rate varies.

RETURNS & REFUNDS

Due to regulations regarding the sale of our products, returns are prohibited. However, in the event that the order is shipped incorrectly or the items received are not the items ordered, please contact us by email. We will issue a replacement of your original order.

Cancellations must be requested by email before the order is in process for shipment and before payment is made. Orders start to process once payment is received. Once an order is in process for shipment or your item has shipped you may not cancel your order. Please contact us at support@carolinapeptides.com with any questions or concerns that you may have regarding your order.

DAMAGED/LOST SHIPMENTS

If you paid for additional insurance; please provide pictures of your damaged products to orders@carolinapeptides.com & we will reship another package to you and take care of any claims process on our end!

If you did not pay for insurance, unfortunately your package is not covered for reship.
